TRACKING MY ORDER

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return or exchange period from the date of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be in its original condition.
- Be unworn.
- Be unaltered or modified in any way.
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
However, please read the following section carefully regarding custom and made-to-order items.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All ROYAL KAFTAN pieces are made to order.
Items that have been customized according to the customer’s request, including but not limited to:
- Custom colors
- Custom styles or designs
- Custom measurements
- Special alterations
- Other personalized specifications
cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to receive the item.
A return or exchange for a custom or made-to-order item will only be accepted if:
- The item is defective.
- We made a mistake with your requested customization.
- We sent the wrong item.
- The item does not match the order specifications provided by the customer.
SIZE SELECTION
We offer a wide range of sizes. Please carefully check our size guide before placing your order and select your size according to the measurements provided.
Choosing the wrong size based on the customer’s own selection does not qualify as a return or exchange for a made-to-order item.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us first at [email protected] and provide your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Place the item securely in its original shipping packaging.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, except when the return is due to an error made by ROYAL KAFTAN, a defective item, or an incorrect item being sent.
For approved returns that are not due to an error or defect on our part, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
